What: THE CHANGING FACE OF PHOTOGRAPHY -- Three Views -- A shared passion for the art of photography These three photographers - visual artists, met while participating in a series of events initiated by the North Perth Arts and Culture Council in Listowel during 2008. The collective personal visual vocabularies nurtured over many years of photography experience; Pete 54 years, Gary 44 years and Mark 57 years, are well represented in the three artistic photographic views on display in this show. A wide range of visual fine art and photographic influences have resulted in the calibre of the art works shared in this group showing. The viewing audience will appreciate the different backgrounds, experiences, creative energies, and visions of each artist and they will still be impressed with their common element – photography. Each photographer has exhibited singly, and now as a trio of skilled image makers, each photographer brings his own synergistic skills, vision and experience to this exhibition, The Changing Face of Photography – three views.
